AN a-moo-sing look at a herd of cows has been named The Journal's Picture of the Week. The curious cows were snapped by Lowestoft Sub Aqua Club member Alex Liddon during a sponsored snorkel in the River Waveney in 2005.

WHAT'S UP DUCK? This delightful image of a large group of ducks at Oulton Broad has been named The Journal's Picture of the Week. In a week dominated by snow-filled pictures, this image of the ducks waddling up the ice towards the camera caught the attention of the judges.
