I was at my mum's a couple of weeks ago, in Raglan Street, and she had a leaflet which had come through the letter box which gave plans of how the future developement of Lowestoft Town Hall and the streets and buildings would likely be developed, to centralise the Council offices around the Town Hall. Well; when I called again a couple of days later mum had "let the refuse collectors have it" unfortunately; I have been unable to find another. (Even the Town Hall haven't been able to  help!)I liked the proposals I saw in the leaflet, and would like another copy, but; W.D.C. and other enquiries have been to no avail.
