Properties on the Norfolk and Suffolk coasts have appeared on BBC's Homes Under The Hammer.

Presenter Jacqui Joseph visited a Victorian property in Gorleston and a bungalow in Lowestoft.

The Lowestoft bungalow had two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge and a garden.

It was bought in July 2022 by Claire for £170,000.

She knocked through between the front hall and the kitchen and installed a new bathroom

In June 2023, Georgia Lee from Howards Estate Agents said the house could rent for £1,250pcm or sell for £270,000.

The Gorleston double-fronted Victorian property had planning permission to convert it into four flats.

It was bought in February 2022 by brothers Howard and Ashley for £250,000.

The pair resubmitted plans for the four flats and an extension to the back.

In June 2023, Bryan Baxter from Auction House East Anglia said the flats could rent for £800pcm to £1,150pcm or sell for up to £180,000.

Homes Under the Hammer is a daytime BBC show that visits properties across the country which are available for purchase by auction.

It then follows the journey of buyers as they renovate the properties.
