More than 100 stalls offering a plethora of beautiful plants and flowers lined Earsham Street on Sunday, May 13.

The event is organised by the Bungay Events and Business Association (BEBA) to raise money for the town’s attraction, such as the annual Christmas lights switch-on.

Didy Ward, chairman of BEBA, said: “It was very good, everyone was so happy and there was a lovely atmosphere.

“There was a steady flow of people through the day and all the traders were very pleased with how it went.”

She added: “At the market if you are a local you see loads of friends and there is always someone to chat with.

“And as an organiser is great to have wonderful traders coming into the town.

“It gives a boost to all the business and people in Bungay.”
