A catering company running a free ice cream competition has handed out sweet treats.

The Hunger Buster ran the competition on their Facebook page, asking people to nominate deserving places for a special delivery.

And from the entries they chose Bridge View drop in centre and Lowestoft College foundation students as the lucky winners.

The college nomination read: “I would like to suggest the foundation students at college, they are a true inspiration where they aim for the best and remove any barriers in their way. All have come so far in their journey to independence and are a joy to work with.”

Sally Pritcher of The Hunger Buster said: “Everyone was very happy with their ice cream visit.”
