Special events and festive fun will take centre stage at a popular church this weekend.

Pakefield Church will be continuing with its Christmas celebrations as the annual Christmas fair is held in the Church Hall in Sunningdale Avenue on Saturday, December 9 from 2pm to 4pm.

A church spokesman said: “This event for all the family will include sideshows, a raffle, stalls, Christmas gifts and its well-known delicious refreshments and cakes to purchase.”

On Sunday, December 10, at 6.30pm, celebrations will move into the Pakefield’s beautiful clifftop church when a service of Advent and Carols will be held, with singing led by members of the Pakefield Singers.

“Come and enjoy a weekend for all the family at this joyous, seasonal time of the year,” the spokesman added.
