Witnesses to a theft in Lowestoft which saw four iPhones stolen are being urged to come forward.

The incident took place at the 02 store on London Road North at about 2.35pm on Friday, April 13.

Two men walked into the store before forcefully taking the mobile phones off the display, assaulting a member of staff who had tried to intervene and stop them.

The two suspects are described as white males. One is five foot nine, of stocky build and clean shaven.

He was wearing a blue jacket, blue trousers with a white stripe on the side, wore burgundy trainers and a dark baseball cap.

The second suspect was also described as five foot nine, also of stocky build.

He wore a black jacket with blue trousers, white and blue trainers, and a dark baseball cap with light peak and writing.

Police have asked anyone who witnessed the incident or has knowledge of it to contact Lowestoft police on 101 quoting crime reference 37/19879/18 or call the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
