The young man, who has not been named, placed a Spiderman suit among the flowers and gifts left in memory of Rio Bell.

The picture was released today by the tragic youngster’s family, who come from Lowestoft.

Family members visited the scene last Thursday night - just 24 hours after the little boy was hit by a blue Audi A4 in King Street, Lynn Mart.

Thousands have signed a petition calling for roads around the Tuesday Market Place to be closed to traffic while the fair is in town. Protesters blocked King Street to traffic on Saturday night.

Little Rio was given the Spiderman costume for a present last Christmas. In a tribute today, his family said he was “full of life, full of smiles and laughter”.

Police are still appealing for anyone who saw the crash, which happened at 5.30pm last Wednesday, between Prezzo and the Globe Hotel, to contact them.
