FRANK HARTLEY March 16th, 1924 to October 25th, 2021 The family of Frank are saddened to announce his death, at the age of 97. Frank was born in Blackburn, and with his wife Win, moved from London to the Isle of Wight, then Beccles. Frank's funeral will take place at Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium, NR34 7XE at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 22nd. Family flowers only, or donations, if desired, to the RNLI c/o Cossey Funeral Services, 4 Exchange Square, Beccles, NR34 9HL.
