A primary school raised more than £750 for new equipment with a coffee and cake fundraiser.
Pakefield Primary School hosted the event on Tuesday, March 13, after parents discovered how limited funding is for their children's school with additional learning equipment only available if bought by teachers.
Held at the Masonic Lodge on The Avenue, prizes for a raffle were donated by businesses across the town, with the event as a whole raising £783.75
The money is being used for improvements to the outdoor area of the school for early years, with teachers also discussing other ways to use the cash.
A spokesman for the fundraiser said: 'We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to not only the above businesses but to everyone who baked, bought tickets, sold tickets, attended the event or contributed in any way. You have made a difference!'
