A woman in her 90s had her handbag stolen from her car while she was parked outside a shop in Lowestoft.
She had been to the Village Rise shops in Weston Road, and was sitting in her car writing in a card she had bought at about 10.45am on Saturday, August 1.
A man opened the passenger door, spoke to her and picked up her handbag which was on the seat and ran off.
The man is described as white, in his late teens to early 20s and of medium build, wearing a white tshirt or polo shirt and dark trousers with other clothes over his shoulder. He had been seen loitering in the area that morning.
The brown leather handbag contained a brown purse and a small amount of cash and cards.
