A 37-YEAR-OLD man suffered a split lip and a bump to the back of his head after trouble flared in Lowestoft.
The man was hit in the face and knocked to the ground following an incident in Commercial Road about 1am on Saturday (March 19). The 37-year-old was standing in the street when a man approached him and struck him in the face. He was knocked to the ground by the blow and was taken to the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston for treatment before being discharged.
