POLICE have launched an appeal for witnesses after a car was involved in a collision with a 21-year-old man in Lowestoft.
A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding after the incident in Seago Street, which happened about 2.15pm yesterday (Sunday, February 20).
The 21-year-old man suffered a broken leg in the collision. The 23-year-old man has now been bailed to return to Lowestoft police station on March 23, pending further enquiries.
Police are asking anyone who may have been in the area around this time, who may have seen the incident, to call PC 1324 Sargeant on 01986 835300.
