Children are set to be jumping for joy as a popular character breakfast returns early next year.
The Spring Tide Grill and Pizza, in Kirkley Rise, is bringing back its character breakfast following the success of its previous event which was sold out within 48 hours.
Robert Goodwin, manager of the pub, said staff are looking forward to hosting the event and are hoping to welcome up to 200 people on each day on Saturday, January 21, and Sunday, January 22, 2023.
He said: "Last time we welcomed 150 people so we want to go a bit bigger.
"It's a meet and greet so families can see the character as it comes to each table while enjoying breakfast."
Booking slots are 9am to 10.30am or 10.30am until 12pm.
Visitors will be asked to pay a £5 deposit and book via phone.
It comes as the pub are launching several initiatives this Christmas such as its 30pc off mains until December 3 and its Breakfast with Santa event.
People can meet Santa on the three Saturdays leading up to Christmas, on December 10, 17 and 24, from 9am-10.30am or 10.30am until 12pm.
The price is £10 per child which includes a children's breakfast and a present from Santa.
