The owners of a Mexican street food takeaway in Lowestoft say they hope to open a dedicated restaurant and launching a delivery service.
Tres Hermanas, which is managed by sisters Kelly and Claire Scoot, is based in Lowestoft's East Point Pavilion on the seafront.
Kelly and Claire launched Tres Hermanas in the food and drink hub as an offshoot of their other business, Jojo's Kitchen & Bar in High Street.
Tres Hermanas serves a range of Mexican classics, including burritos, tacos, quesadillas and loaded fries.
It has started a delivery service in recent weeks as it has grown in popularity.
Kelly said she was pleased with the success of Tres Hermanas since it first opened in the summer – and revealed she hopes one day to move into a more permanent home.
She said: "Tres Hermanas is a sister company to Jojo's Kitchen – we decided we wanted to branch out to Mexican street food.
"We have been doing it since June and it has been a great success.
"We have had a Taco Bell open up in Lowestoft open a few months ago, but that's the only other place you can get Mexican food in the town.
"Everything we make is homemade, with all the meats slow-cooked. My sister has always had a passion for cooking.
"We even had a Mexican family come up from Ipswich, and they said it was just like their mumma's cooking. It has gone down a storm.
"If it is a success and people like it, I'd love to open a restaurant in Lowestoft."
