A new independent market launching near Lowestoft already has plans for more events.
East Point Market is a new venture with an aim of bringing communities together to support local businesses.
Markets will showcase everything from artisan food to makeup and will donate a portion of the proceeds to the community venues that host them.
One of the organisers, Michael Fairhurst, said: "With the decline in the high street I really feel that shopping at markets is the way forward.
"There's the sustainability aspect but also you can trace the products you're buying - you speak directly to the people making them.
"And markets can really bring communities together, you get to know people, local business owners, neighbours, in a way you don't at the shops."

The first market is going to be held at Oulton Community Centre in Oulton Broad on March 25 from 10am to 2.30pm.
They will be held on the last Saturday of the month at the centre.
Due to the amount of interest, East Point Markets is already planning on launching another market elsewhere in the county in a few months.
The business is currently taking applications for stallholders from small businesses.
