There are also two shops with adjoining flats, one in Norwich and one in Lowestoft.
All the properties have a combined 42 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms.
Purchasing the portfolio as a whole could save the buyer over £400,000 in Stamp Duty.
The portfolio could make £271,788 a year and each unit is fully rented until September 2024.
All properties are recently refurbished and mostly located close to the UEA and the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
