A charcuterie brand is enjoying a slice of success with its products stocked across the region and deliveries as far as Scotland.

Couple Tara Smyth and James Santillo run Sunday Charcuterie from a kitchen unit in Oulton Broad in Suffolk and it was first launched in July 2021.

The pair were previously at the helm of The Duke's Head pub in Somerleyton but decided to leave when their lease ended to push forward with their own business.

Ms Smyth said: "A lot of brands just say they use British pork, but with our charcuterie, every pack can be traced back to the farm and breed of pig and we work with smallholders across East Anglia."

Fast forward to 2023 and the pair send their products across the UK and they do regular farmers' markets, with locations such as Black Barn Farm near Norwich and Wyken Vineyards in Bury St Edmunds.

The products include pork pies, salami, chorizo, pancetta, pates and terrines.

Ms Smyth added: "We are now supplying wholesale to 92 places across East Anglia, London and Kent - people like that we keep our products simple with no gimmicks."
