People in Lowestoft were encouraged to spread the love at a new event over the bank holiday weekend.

The first ever Festival of Kindness, organised by Norfolk and Waveney Mind in collaboration with Lowestoft Town Council, took place on Saturday, August 26.

The Sparrows Nest park played host to the event, where people enjoyed a day of entertainment, live music, food and workshops.
