Vacant former offices "offering opportunity for redevelopment" could be set for a new lease of life.

Close to Lowestoft town centre, the former offices of RM Tubby Ltd are set to go under the hammer next month.

Stanley House - on the corner of Stanley Street and Walton Road in Lowestoft - is due to auctioned off.

Described as "office", it is set to go under the hammer at an online auction on Wednesday, November 1, as it is marketed by Auction House East Anglia.

With the auctioneers describing it as "a rare opportunity", it will go under the hammer on a freehold tenure with a minimum guide price of £200,000 to £225,000 plus fees.

A property description from the auctioneers states: "Purpose built offices with generous car park and storage facility offering opportunity for redevelopment subject to planning permission.

"This purpose built building has been the offices of RM Tubby Ltd for a number of years and is now vacant.

According to the auctioneers, the ground floor of the building contains a "reception area with stairs to first floor, ladies and gents toilets and four offices."

Situated on the first floor is a "landing, kitchen and five offices."
