A man in his 70s was the victim of a hate crime after having abuse shouted at him in Lowestoft.
It happened in London Road South at 11.15am on Saturday, October 28.
The suspect shouting the abuse was driving a white MG ZS and the victim was in a white Transit van.
Suffolk Constabulary is not releasing any more information about the incident at this time.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses and anyone who saw the incident is urged to contact the force using the crime reference 37/63922/23.
