A parcel of land not far away from the beach is set to be auctioned off next month.

People now have the chance to own the land adjacent to Green Lane in Kessingland, Lowestoft which is being offered for sale at auction.

Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, and described as "land for sale", this "single building plot" has "full planning permission for a two bedroomed linked end terrace property."

Described as "an ideal project for a builder or developer", the land is due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction on Wednesday, December 13, with a guide price of £40,000 to £60,000 plus fees.

Forming part of the property auction next month, the property description from the auctioneers lists the land as "adjacent 6 Green Lane, Kessingland, Lowestoft."

It states: "Single building plot with full planning permission for a two bedroomed linked end terrace property.

"This rectangular parcel of land extends to around 0.03 of an acre stms (subject to measured survey).

"It has full planning permission to build a two bedroomed linked end terrace property.

"The site frontage to Green Lane is around 30ft with a depth of around 40ft.

"The site is located next to a flint cottage around a mile south east of Kessingland village close to the beach.

"An ideal project for a builder/developer."

According to the auctioneers, the "proposed accommodation" is set to feature a "kitchen and sitting room" at the ground floor, with "landing, two bedrooms and a bathroom" on the first floor.

It adds there would be a "garden and off road parking" outside.

According to the auctioneers, it adds: "Full planning permission was granted by East Suffolk Council on August 10 2022 for construction of new two-bedroomed dwelling."
