A vehicle window was smashed during a fight in a street in Lowestoft last weekend.
Police were called to Hawthorn Avenue at 4.44pm on Sunday, February 25 following reports that a number of people had been fighting.
A vehicle window had been smashed before the group dispersed.
Ezekiah Grimes, 27, of Ashfield Crescent, Lowestoft, was arrested and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

He was charged with affray and criminal damage.
Grimes appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court on February 27, where he was bailed to return on May 10.
A 32-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy were also arrested on suspicion of affray and assault. They were both bailed until May 21.
Police are continuing their investigation and are seeking help from the public for information that could assist the investigation and identify further individuals involved.
