I THINK the tankers moored off Kessingland, Pakefield and Lowestoft, are a nice sight, especially at night when they are all lit up. The tourists were very interested in them as it is an unusual sight.

Perhaps Mr Tobin (September 11) is envious of the benefits of these tankers have brought to some areas and not Southwold.
After all, Southwold prices are beyond the reach of a lot of people.
Surely something that helps the local economy is a good thing?
