CHILDREN at Foxborough Middle School have gained an insight into the mind of BFG creator Roald Dahl.

The key stage two pupils and staff welcomed Anthony Pedley to present his one man show, A Taste of Dahl where he took on a biographical interpretation of the man.

He took the children on an adventure through his works bringing many of the characters to life in a compilation of some of Dahl's most well-known stories.

The show was presented in a flamboyant, energetic way, which held the pupils captive throughout the entire performance, eagerly anticipating Anthony's next wild burst of excitement.

Anthony is well known in theatrical circuits having played many parts from Shakespeare to Dahl and also has credits from many television programmes, including EastEnders, Coronation Street and Poirot.
