It's a challenge that wouldn't look out of place on Top Gear, but for four accountants it is all for a good cause.
Four people from Juler Tooke Accountants, based in Lowestoft, will take part in a 'race the sun' event in the Lake District which will see them cycle, climb, and canoe their way across the region before the sun goes down.
On September 1, the group will bike from Penrith to the base of the second highest mountain in England, Helvellyn, which they will then climb.
Then, after another short cycle to Lake Thirlmere, they will tackle a 3km canoe course before cycling all the way back to Penrith, totally 50 miles in the saddle before the sun goes down.
The challenge is being done to raise money for Action Medical Research who offer help and support to those who are dealing with trauma of a baby born too early, striving to support a child affected by disability, or facing the challenge or caring for a child with a rare and devastating disease for which there is no cure.
