Aldi to open new Lowestoft store
DISCOUNT retailer Aldi is to open a brand new store in Lowestoft at the end of the month.The existing shop on Commercial Road will close to make way for the opening of the bigger new site on Millennium Way.
DISCOUNT retailer Aldi is to open a brand new store in Lowestoft at the end of the month.
The existing shop on Commercial Road will close to make way for the opening of the bigger new site on Millennium Way.
Work is almost complete at the new shop, which has 70- parking spaces, ready for its opening on January 29.
The Commercial Road store has been open for five years and will close on Sunday January 25.
Aldi area manager Christian Karges said: 'Aldi has gone from strength to strength in Lowestoft since we first arrived in the town in 2003. We are extremely excited about the opening of the new store on Millennium Way and expect it to be a big hit.
'With under a month to go until the opening, we are now planning an exciting grand opening where the first 100 customers in the queue on the opening day will be given a voucher to redeem an opening day gift.'
