A woman who claims she was sexually assaulted more than 40 years ago by a Lowestoft man has told a court the abuse happened on at least 20 occasions.
Giving evidence at Ipswich Crown Court the woman, who was 13 at the time of the alleged offences, denied a suggestion that her memory was 'playing tricks on her'.
Cross-examined by Christopher Paxton, for Anthony McDonald, who has denied seven child sex offences, the alleged victim said she was sure she had 'got the right person and had remembered the right things'.
McDonald, 71, of Dutchmans Court, Beccles Road, Lowestoft, has denied five offences of indecent assault and two offences of gross indecency with a child between August 1976 and 1979.
It has been alleged McDonald had a 'fascination' for the 13-year-old girl's breasts and groped her on about 20 occasions.
The court has heard that McDonald was interviewed by the police about the allegations in February last year and denied them.
