ONE of the greatest British TV comedies from the pens of Jeremy Lloyd and David Croft will be performed at the Marina theatre in Lowestoft next month.The stage adaptation of 'Allo, 'Allo starring original series member Vicki Michelle as waitress Yvette Carte-Blanche and Jeffery Holland as caf� owner Rene Artois is presented by Calibre Productions (the producers of Dad's Army - The Lost Episodes) in the second stage of its 18-date tour.

The stage adaptation of 'Allo, 'Allo starring original series member Vicki Michelle as waitress Yvette Carte-Blanche and Jeffery Holland as caf� owner Rene Artois is presented by Calibre Productions (the producers of Dad's Army - The Lost Episodes) in the second stage of its 18-date tour.

The story follows Rene as he and his wife Edith struggle to keep a priceless portrait, stolen by the Nazis and hidden in their caf� cellar, for themselves.

Adding to Rene's litany of woes is Michelle, leader of the French Resistance, who forces him to aid their bumbling attempts to return two British airmen to England.

And then there is the problem of keeping his long-running affairs with his two waitresses' from his wife or losing his beloved caf� will be the least of his problems.

Vicki Michelle, who is donning her French waitress uniform once more, played the role of Yvette Carte-Blanche in the original 'Allo' 'Allo TV series from 1982 to 1992.

Jeffery Holland earned his stripes in comedy series that include Dad's Army, Are You Being Served, You Rang M'Lord and It Ain't 'Arf Hot Mum.
