POLICE have renewed their appeal for help in tracing a 52-year-old woman who went missing last Thursday.

Vera Raynor failed to return to an address she was staying at in Carlton Colville on Thursday afternoon and, although she has been missing on several occasions before, there is concern for her well-being as she is known to be vulnerable.

Following information from media appeals and ongoing enquiries by officers, police now believe Mrs Raynor travelled to Norwich on Thursday afternoon and stayed in the city. She was last seen on Saturday morning in Norwich and indicated that she may go to London.

Mrs Raynor is described as white, 5ft 4ins tall, of medium to large build with short straight blonde hair. At the time she went missing she was wearing black trousers and a lime green fleece - and it is thought she is still wearing the fleece.

Police are asking anyone sighting Mrs Raynor, or anyone with information about where she is now, to call the duty sergeant at Lowestoft Police Station on 01986 835300.
