Appeal for witnesses after crash

Police last night appealed for witnesses to two road crashes, one of which led to a car colliding with the front of a house.

Police last night appealed for witnesses to two road crashes, one of which led to a car colliding with the front of a house.

The crash in Victoria Road, Lowestoft, at just after 4.30pm on Thursday, was followed a few minutes later by a second collision in Cotmer Road, at its junction with Conrad Road.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving on the A146 between Lowestoft and Beccles and has been bailed until June 12.
