Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses after a father of three was killed in a car crash on the A12 between Hopton and Gorleston on Saturday night.

Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses after a father of three was killed in a car crash on the A12 between Hopton and Gorleston on Saturday night.

The 38-year-old from Northamptonshire died and his wife and three children were injured after the blue ford Escort they were in collided with a silver BMW that had crossed the central reservation at about 7.10pm.

A passenger in the BMW suffered a leg injury and two other local men in the car, aged 39 and 36, were arrested on the suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and were bailed by police.
