Appeal to join in Lowestoft in Bloom

Lowestoft in Bloom is aiming to do even better for our town in this year's Anglia in Bloom competitions, but in order to succeed will need the support of private gardens and public parks, in addition to industrial and commercial premises. We are grateful to those organisations that already sponsor a number of our roundabouts which have, in the past, received much favourable comment.

This year it is hoped that our shopping areas will also begin to bloom with the introduction of planters and hanging baskets.

It is pleasing that new shops are appearing in London Road North, but so little colour in this section has, previously, made it a 'no-go' area for Anglia in Bloom judges. Local councillors and the Town Centre Partnership please take note!
