AWARENESS RAISED: A three-day health roadshow event was held in Lowestoft a fortnight ago to raise awareness about being out of breath doing every day activities.
The roadshow is visiting shopping centres throughout Suffolk to raise awareness and distribute leaflets with information on health conditions which can be related to breathlessness.
Event manager of the Breathlessness roadshow Louise Peters said: 'Our goal is not to scare people but to empower people and give them the push needed to go to the doctor.
'It may be nothing serious, but if it is causing you worry, make time to go to the doctor.
'Not being able to do something you once could is a common symptom. No matter your age, these symptoms can happen to anyone.'
