A group of Suffolk cadets have shown they've got what it takes on the dancefloor as they answered a challenge from their Norfolk counterparts.
The Suffolk Cadets were in Lowestoft doing training exercises when they recorded their version of dance craze, the Baby Shark.
Some 11 young people are shown completing the dance in front of two fire engines and a police car.
Baby shark has been around for a long time and was produced by a South Korean company called PinkFong!.
It has over 1.6 billion views on YouTube and has been pushed into the UK Charts.
The Emergency service cadets are part of a joint partnership between Fire and Police services.
The scheme operates in Haverhill, Lowestoft and Bury St Edmunds and is run for up to 25 cadets.
Cadets are aged between 13 and 18 and meet for two hours per week.
For more information on the scheme email fire.businesssupport@suffolk.gov.uk or call 01473 260588.
