I WOULD like to add my opinion after reading all the letters from readers moaning about seagulls and find it very sad that so many people are intolerant to our wildlife.

What happened to “all things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small?”
Whose fault is it that these birds have to fly further inland and scavenge?
As for noise, I do not hear them yet I live less than five minutes walk from the sea front and would like to point out that my nights are not all disturbed by them.
Thank the Lord these birds are protected.
All your readers moaning would have them all killed if they had their way.
What do you expect living by the sea? Maybe, you all should live elsewhere.
I personally love them and miss them when holidaying abroad.
