Coastguard are warning people to be careful on the region's beaches because of brisk winds.
Because of the weather forecast for today and tomorrow coastguards are warning people not to go out to sea on inflatable toys, airbeds and dinghies
It is feared that the strong winds will overturn people and put them at risk of drowning before rescue services can arrive.
Coastguard are also asking parents and cares to call them on 999 if their children become lost by the sea.
