A beauty therapist who has been helping to support a Lowestoft acid attack victim during her recovery is to complete a daring skydive in her customer's honour, saying: 'She is the bravest, strongest woman I have ever met.'

Amy Harvey was so impressed by how Adele Bellis is coping with life-changing injuries she sustained in the dreadful incident in August last year that she was left thinking: 'What can I do to help?'

Miss Harvey added: 'When you hear something like that's happened, it is a shock but you don't really take the full extent of it in because it doesn't affect your life.

'However when you actually meet the person and listen to their story, it's different.

'I have to say that say that Adele is the bravest, strongest woman I have ever met.

There are not many people that come into your life that leave you thinking: 'What can I do to help?''

Miss Harvey will take to the air at Ellough Airfield near Beccles next Friday (July 24).

All funds will go to the Katie Piper Foundation, the charity set up by the famous model Katie Piper who suffered horrific injuries in an attack similar to Miss Bellis'.
