A sponsored bike ride will set off from Lowestoft this weekend.
Raising funds and awareness of the Brainwave Independence Group charity, the riders will set off from their base in Corton Road, Lowestoft at 10am and head to Reydon, before returning in the afternoon.
They will be set on their way by the Mayor of Lowestoft, Nick Webb.
David Revell, vice chairman and co-ordinator of the Brainwave Independence Group charity, said: 'The sponsored ride is to raise funds for the charity, who are looking to open a day centre in Lowestoft for local people in the area, who have had brain injuries or suffered brain damage. It is our aim to provide quality support for those with brain injury and disability.'
The ride is also in memory of Mary King, the mother of one of the participants, who died whilst the ride was taking place last year.
