Householders are being urged to check to see if their bins have been emptied after some bin collections were delayed.
East Suffolk Council said that some bin collection may be delayed today (Wednesday, September 25), in parts of Lowestoft.
Advising of the delays on Facebook and Twitter, and calling on householders to leave their bins out for collection, East Suffolk Council said: "Due to vehicle breakdowns, bin collections in and around Rotterdam Road and Beaconsfield Road in Lowestoft may be delayed today.
"Residents in these areas are advised to leave their bins out - our crews will try to collect these bins later today."
