Bin collections across Waveney and Suffolk Coastal are finally back to normal following the snow and ice of the Beast from the East.

The councils have said households who did not have their recycling bins collected during the snow will have their bins collected as usual this week.

Any extra recycling should be placed in bin liners next to the bin and they will be collected and recycled too.

The council added that all black/grey lidded bins which were not collected during the black weather should now have been collected.

Waveney District Council residents can report report any missed bins on the East Suffolk website, with Suffolk Coastal residents asked to call 01394 444000.
