A 19-YEAR-OLD man has today (Friday) been charged following a fatal road traffic collision on the B1375 at Oulton last year.
Kelly Palmer, 30, from Bradwell near Great Yarmouth died after the Suzuki Vitara 4x4 convertible she was driving was in collision with a Citroen car at Parkhill about 5.40pm on Monday, November 2 2009.
Casey Mola, 19, of Market Lane in Blundeston has been charged with causing death by careless driving, causing the death of Kelly Palmer by driving a motor vehicle whilst uninsured and possession of a class B drug (cannabis).
He is now due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 11.
