A ten-year-old boy, who was seriously injured after he was involved in a collision with a Ford Escort car in Lowestoft, has returned home.
A spokesman for Suffolk Police confirmed that the boy is 'now home and is making good progress following surgery.'
The collision occurred on Normanston Drive, close to the St Peters Street/ Rotterdam Road roundabout, on Monday, January 18.
The boy suffered a fracture to his lower leg and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital by air ambulance.
