A LOWESTOFT man accused of burglary is due to stand at Ipswich Crown Court next week.
Tony Kirk, of Roman Road, was charged with burglary after a break in at a home in Park Road in Lowestoft at about 1.30pm on March 31. The 32-year-old, who appeared at Lowestoft Magistrates Court today, is expected to enter a plea when he stands at crown court on April 14. He has been remanded into custody until then.
