Bush fire in Lowestoft

A BUSH was engulfed in flames in Lowestoft last night.

Firefighters arrived in Corton Road at about 7.50pm to find 15sqm of undergrowth well alight.

LOWESTOFT firefighters were called when a bush was engulfed in flames last night.

The team from Normanhurst station arrived in Corton Road at about 7.50pm to find 15 sqm of undergrowth well alight.

The fire was extinguished by 8.13pm.
