A free HR masterclass will be held in Lowestoft next month.
The importance of having a staff handbook, together with policies and procedures, is the focus of the latest in a series of free HR seminars being run for local businesses by Lovewell Blake's HR Consultancy Service.
The masterclass will be held at the firm's offices on Quay View Business Park, Lowestoft on Tuesday, November 14 at 7.45am with a buffet breakfast as it runs until 9.30am,
Led by the HR team at Lovewell Blake, the masterclasses will explain why an up-to-date staff handbook is vital for all employers, and offer practical advice on how to ensure such handbooks remain up to date with best practice and legislation. The masterclass will also provide tips on recommended handbook and policy content. Attendance is free, but places are limited and must be reserved.
