A green Vauxhall Zafira was stolen from outside a home in Westhall Road, Lowestoft, after its keys were taken during a burglary.

Police say someone got into the property via an unlocked door between 10pm yesterday (Thursday) and 5am today.

A black porcelain piggy bank, containing just £1, was taken along with the car keys.

The vehicle – registration AP51 ULA – had been left parked on the street outside.

Police are urging anyone with information on the break-in to contact Det Con 655 Grimble at Lowestoft CID on 101.
