Cat savaged by greyhound in Lowestoft

POLICE are urging dog owners in Lowestoft to ensure their animals are kept under control at all times after a greyhound killed a cat.The incident happened around lunchtime on February 24 in north Lowestoft and this has caused considerable distress to the owner of the cat.

Although she did not want any further action taken against the owner of the dog she is appealing for dog owners to take responsibility for controlling their pets.
