He called at homes between 4pm and 5pm asking to look at electricity boxes.

Police believe there is a possibility he is linked to a distraction burglary which occurred in Stradbroke Road in the town on Monday afternoon in which cash was taken from the home of an 87-year-old man.

The man involved is described as in his mid to late 50s, of chubby build, wearing a blue shirt under a light summer jacket and was carrying a clipboard.
