Crews search for missing man

POLICE and a lifeboat crew searched for more than two hours yesterday (Wednesday) for a man missing from a boat moored at Lowestoft. Two South Broads lifeboats and officers from Suffolk were called out to Lake Lothing at about 2.
POLICE and a lifeboat crew searched for more than two hours yesterday (Wednesday) for a man missing from a boat moored at Lowestoft.
Two South Broads lifeboats and officers from Suffolk were called out to Lake Lothing at about 2.25pm.
The lifeboats searched the river between Mutford lock and the bascule bridge and did a complete sweep of the outer harbour before being stood down by Lowestoft coastguard at 4.50pm.
The exact circumstances of the disappearance last night remained unknown.
